Business breakfast “Non-financial services for SMEs” in Poland
About the event
SME’s tend to sell what they can produce based on their technical knowledge and production capacity instead of what the market demands. And SME owners typically lack the resources or skills to conduct market research on the preferences of domestic and international consumers.
SME also have limited access to information about market prices and other important market data. This has tremendous implications for both SMEs and the banks supplying finance to SMEs. If the gap between production and market demand is too large, the business can experience declining profits and may be in danger of defaulting on its bank loan.
Why Banks should provide Non-financial services
Differentiate ( Brand Awareness or Better Brand Perception): Banks can use non-financial services as a way to build its reputation among target customers
Build Loyalty: SME customers who receive non-financial services would be loyal to the Bank
Cross-sell products & services: SME customers receiving good advice are more likely to grow and increasingly consume financial services
Grow customer base and extend customer reach: Provision of non-financial services would help generate new customer leads
Improve Portfolio Quality: SME Customers receiving good advice demonstrate a lower risk profile than those who don’t
Strengthen Knowledge of users/customers: The market research required provides many insights into marketing and risk strategy
Because of such opportunities, we would like to invite the representatives of the Bank on “Non-Financial Services in SME Banking” business breakfast. The event will be held in Warsaw on February 12 in Mercure Warszawa Centrum Hotel (Warsaw, Złota street 48/54).
The aim of the event is to share the best practices in SME’s customer needs evolution within the scope of non-financial services and innovations between world’s bank leaders and regional key players.
